How safe is my Credit Card and Personal information?

VERY! WoodenUrecover respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise distribute your personal information to ANY third party or other individual or organization for any purpose whatsoever. 

When you place an order with WoodenUrecover, or join our mailing list, you are guaranteed that all information you provide will be secure with us.

Your WoodenUrecover Order is encrypted and transmitted to us using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). We maintain PCI compliance. 

The WoodenUrecover.com web site is protected by a Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3 Digital Certificate. This ensures that the information you send to us from the web site order form will be encrypted. 

Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3 Security assures you that our Web site has been authenticated by Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3 and that confidential transactions with our site are secured by SSL encryption.

  • The order processing page at WoodenUrecover has an authenticated Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3 Secure Server ID.
  • Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3 has verified the organizational name and that WoodenUrecover.com has the proof of right to use it.

How much is the shipping for my order?

A number of things contribute to the shipping and handling fees associated with your order. The shipping charges are calculated by the weight of the items being delivered to you and also your preferred delivery service. Orders being delivered anywhere in the USA are delivered via the USPS First Class, Priority, or Express Mail services. A small handling charge is applied to all orders.

Orders of $50.00 or more will be eligible for FREE standard shipping to US addresses!  Woot!


Great! What about International shipping charges?

We are happy to ship internationally using either the USPS Priority Mail Express International service, or Priority Mail International service exclusively. We query the USPS International Rate Calculator (http://ircalc.usps.gov/) in real time to help determine the shipping costs to your country. International rates provided at checkout are estimates only. It may be necessary for us to contact our international customers for additional funds prior to releasing an order if our estimated shipping charges are substantially below the actual calculated shipping rates.  Please be aware that we can not assume responsibility for any duties, fees, delays, etc. associated with or as a result of the customs service in your country.
 

How long before I will receive my order?

Items described with an availability of "In Stock" will typically be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order. If there is an item that is back ordered, we will contact you via email. We will also give you an estimated date that you can expect to see your order.

The vast majority of our products are made to order.  We try our best to ship all orders within 2 - 3 business days. In the rare event that processing time is beyond 5 business days, we will reach out to you to advise you of the delay. Orders requiring customization or personalization typically ship within 3-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on observed holidays or on Saturday or Sunday.

Personalized items and items described with an availability other than "In Stock" require special manufacturing processes, or are manufactured on an order-by-order basis. Please take each product's published availability into consideration when placing your orders. The time for delivery using USPS Ground Advantage is 3-5 business days, USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 business days. USPS Express Mail arrives next day to the most addresses in the US.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if you live in North Carolina. Sales tax is required when online shoppers live in the same state where the retailer has a physical "bricks-and-mortar" presence. Because we're located in North Carolina, we have to charge 7.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to North Carolina addresses.

PLEASE NOTE: These rules are constantly being debated in Congress and could change at any time. For now, no sales tax unless your order is being shipped to a North Carolina address.
