Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wooden U Recover reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We accept the following US bank issued credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments are also accepted through the PayPal service (www.PayPal.com). There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will likely cause a delay in processing your order.
Notice to debit card users: Currently, most North American banks—or foreign banks with offices in the United States—hold funds for up to three days whether or not a transaction has been approved or declined. If your transaction is declined, DO NOT use the same card to attempt to purchase materials; that would cause your bank to hold twice the funds for the same amount of time.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
NEW for 2019, orders of $50 or more will be eligible for FREE standard shipping to US addresses!
Shipping Time -- The vast majority of our products are made to order. We try our best to ship all orders within 2 - 3 business days. In the rare event that processing time is beyond 4 business days, we will reach out to you to advise you of the delay. Orders requiring personalization typically ship within 3-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on observed holidays or on Saturday or Sunday. Please let us know if you have specific delivery requirements.
Orders containing requests for quotation of custom items will be held pending the approval or disapproval of quoted items. Please let us know if you would prefer shippable items to be released.
Orders containing specialty medallions (gold plated, silver plated, .999 pure silver, hand enameled, and all specialty colored tokens) are made to order and require additional processing time. These products ship within 10-15 business days of order receipt as indicated within their individual detailed product description pages.
The shipping time offered for available shipping methods (First Class, Priority, Express, etc.) are estimates offered by the USPS of transit time only and do not include the time necessary for processing and manufacturing.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Wooden U Recover or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
For international orders, please be aware that we can not assume responsibility for any duties, fees, delays, etc. associated with or as a result of the customs service in your country.
We prefer to ship Internationally using the USPS Priority Mail International service or the International Express (EMS) Service. Each is reliable, expedient, and fully insured.
Our International clients may optionally choose USPS First Class International Package Service for certain items. Transit time, as published by the USPS is between 7 - 21 days in transit. While this shipping service offers a reduced fee for service, the receiver is responsible for any delays, loss, damage, etc. that may result during transit. The client understands and agrees that they are self insuring their order when choosing the USPS First Class International Package service and that they understand that shipping transit time can be up to 21 business days. .
We prefer to ship orders in their entirety. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We rely on our customers to inform us of strict delivery requirements. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate special or specific delivery requests. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
TaxesOur Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, and other countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, duties, fees, or other taxes.
It is the responsibility of our customers to review their order(s) carefully for correct spelling, correct dates, etc. Processed/Shipped orders that were submitted incorrectly are not eligible for return, credit, or refund. Please review your order(s) and order correspondence carefully.
